Hi, I'm Don, an Australian-born, Tokyo-based photographer who's called this city home since 2005. I've lived in the east side of Tokyo for over 15 years and know Asakusa, Ueno, and Kuramae quite well. With 20+ years shooting and producing photo/video work across Japan, I've learned exactly where this part of Tokyo shines and I have built two tours to share it:

A Photography Tour - A relaxed walk through the history and daily life of the neighborhood, with composition and lighting tips from a working professional.

A Nightlife Tour - Real izakayas and hidden drinking spots, guided by a local who frequently goes there (maybe too frequently!).
